WOSAFE is an organization committed to empowering women and helping them succeed in their professional lives. As part of this mission, WOSAFE recently launched an exciting new initiative aimed at helping women become successful professional influencers. We position ourselves as an influencer marketing agency that recruits, trains and coaches a network of professional female influencers to help them succeed in their field while contributing to the promotion of brands and businesses.
WOSAFE then seeks to provide high-quality training to these women, focusing on the essential skills they need to succeed as professional influencers. Training includes sessions on content strategy, community management and post monetization. WOSAFE coaches work individually with each influencer to help them refine their online voice and build a strong online community. Influencers in the WOSAFE network thus have access to high-level professional tools that allow them to develop more quickly as influencers and increase their influence online.
The issues and challenges in which WOSAFE trains women and girls

Online security
Women are often targets of online violence ranging from harassment to online stalking. Empowerment and awareness are important to ensure their safety.

Numerical inequalities
Women often have limited access to digital technologies and are less represented in technical careers. This creates a digital divide that prevents them from fully participating in digital society.

Online censorship
In some places, women are subject to strict laws governing their behavior online. This limits their freedom and can prevent them from participating in important debates.

Female entrepreneurship
Women entrepreneurs are often victims of cyber-harassment and online denigration, which can harm their reputation and their business.

Professional influencer
Women who operate as professional influencers may experience cyberbullying and gender-based harassment, which can harm their mental health and online reputation.

Financial independence
Women who rely on online platforms to earn money, such as self-employed workers, may face risks of financial fraud and cyber-attack, compromising their financial independence.
